Second weigh in!!

Well over the last week although sticking to everything calories wise I managed 11/2lb loss.


I am happy with my over all weight loss in the time I have been being good, but I have realised that whilst down the van and at home I am very good at keeping to C25K Scheduling but on the rest of the day and rest days my activity levels are most shocking sometimes only doing 2000 steps a day. 

This I need to work on more. 

I need to listen to the beep beep of my fitbit, telling me to move every hour.
