Twelve days in!

WOW!
 12 days ago I wrote my first post here, Saying enough was enough.

Well there is progress only slightly but progress non the less,

My starting weight on the 29th April 2018 was 14st 1/4lb and I was a committed couch potato, I have stuck to my 1200 calories a day and as of today 11th May I have lost 3.5lbs so down too 13st 10 3/4 lbs.  Along break in weigh ins as I was down my caravan with no scales around. That in all honesty is a good thing, as I would be on them after every toilet stop LOL!

I tried hard to up my walking and exercise, but in all honesty the first seven days was all about just getting on the  eating better wagon, so I failed miserably. Since coming home on the 8th, I have commenced the C25K program by the NHS podcast, first week and 2 runs in. I am shocked by how unfit I have become (5 years ago I was running regularly 6 miles a time and did a half marathon), but hey from a girl who had Bilateral pulmonary embolisms at Christmas. I personally think that is F**king Amazing!

Lets just keep trying xx
