Weigh in day!!
So I have had my fourth weigh in and TA DA I have lost a further 1 and a half pounds. So if I was following Slimming world or Weight watchers I would have achieved my first sticker. so I gave my self a little gif. YAY!!!! Seven and a quarter pounds lost in total. I am enjoying being back at running club too and completed wk3 of their c25k programme which saw me run 5x 5 minute runs with 1 minute walking breaks in between. 2.03miles ran. The weather was a bit sticky to begin with but we ended up running in that really light mizzly rain that I always enjoyed running in. I am finding counting the calories easier than either of the afore mentioned diet sorry, lifestyle plans as I am counting fruit and veg, as these shock, horror, have calories too. This helps my portion control also. I count them up with the my fitness pal app, and I am really trying hard to get my fitbit steps in. I have found hitting the minimum 250 steps an hour really helps with keeping my knee joints mov...
